{"id":12,"date":"2025-07-10T11:45:56","date_gmt":"2025-07-10T11:45:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/startersites.io\/blocksy\/kiddy\/?page_id=12"},"modified":"2025-07-12T06:39:51","modified_gmt":"2025-07-12T06:39:51","slug":"refund-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.precisio.com.au\/medihire\/refund-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Refund Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure the best customer service experience possible, we always strive to be clear and transparent with our<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sales-and-hire-policies\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">Sales and Hire Policies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>All equipment hires are charged on a weekly basis \u2013 no daily rates are available.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extended Hire:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please ring during business hours and at least 24 hours before return date. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment is required to be made at the time the extension is made. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deposits cannot be used as payment for the extension of hire periods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Deposit refunds:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deposits are only refunded by the same method they were originally paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Public Holidays:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Public Holidays are included in the paid hire period. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MediHire &amp; Sales is closed on all WA Public Holidays \u2013 hence no pick-ups available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Early returns:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We only provide refunds on hire products if there is a full week (or weeks) of the hire term remaining.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pick up of equipment:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a customer requires hire items to be picked up, it is the customer\u2019s responsibility to arrange the pick-up date (24 hours\u2019 notice is required as a minimum and charges apply). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Charges will apply at the original hire rate for all unreturned hires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Purchase returns:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Within one (1) week of purchase only (unless under warranty). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A receipt verifying purchase is a mandatory requirement with all returns. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to charge a restocking and\/or cleaning fee on all returned items. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bespoke\/made to order items (such as recliner lift chairs) are non-returnable unless faulty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Purchasing after hire:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hire fees are not refundable if equipment is purchased.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Special orders\/buy-ins:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>25% minimum deposit is mandatory and will be deemed forfeit if the order\/buy-in is cancelled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The hirer accepts full responsibility for all goods under hire while in their possession.
